Our Mission
“To create an awareness, increase participation, build relationships and facilitate opportunities for the talent that abounds in our community.”
Invest.
Through fundraising initiatives, the CAS is dedicated to improving and investing in our community. Through our research and ideation, we’ve been able to obtain funding to improve and renovate our Community Hall, a public space for all to enjoy.
Create.
The fine arts have a home in Claresholm. From various artistic projects to engaging events, the CAS is here to create. Creating opportunities, creating a passion for the arts, and creating a diversified community experience.
Build.
Through the interaction of fine arts and community involvement, we’ve been able to build a family of like-minded artists. Claresholm is filled with passionate and talented individuals. We’re dedicated to giving these individuals a space where they can thrive and grow.
Over the lifetime of our organization, we have been proud to make an impact in the town of Claresholm. Driven by empowering our community through the implementation of the arts, the Claresholm Arts Society was founded in 2013. Whether it’s the hours of dedication to planning and throwing events, to community development projects, to being a proud representative of Claresholm - we do it all through the love and passion of our team of volunteers.
